Hunseong Tech is a small-to-medium enterprise producing everyday plastic goods—formula lids, yogurt spoons, the kind of things no one thinks twice about. But step inside, and you’ll find something else entirely. The President. His son. His brother-in-law. His younger sibling. Even his daughter-in-law. Every executive seat is filled by family. They call it a “family company.” In reality? It’s a fa-mily nightmare—built to drain every last drop from the employees who aren’t blood-related. And at the center of it all is Lee Kyung-min. The perfect employee. First to arrive. Last to leave. Cleaning up the disasters left by incompetent superiors. Protecting the factory workers. Carrying the company on his back while receiving none of the credit. Years of endurance. Years of swallowing injustice. Just when his patience reaches its breaking point— Something unbelievable happens. An escape from a black company. A leap forward in his career. Success. Recognition. Even love. In a country where 99% of workers are trapped in SMEs, this is the fierce, cathartic story of one man who refuses to be crushed by small-business reality.
